Our Six Flavours Soup 六味汤 uses premium quality herbs, which includes: Gorgon 芡实, Chinese Yam 山药, Solomon's-Seal 玉竹,Longgan龙眼,Lily Bulb 百合,Lotus Seeds 莲子. It is freshly packed daily with no preservatives are added, ensuring the purest and most natural flavours. Our signature Chinese yam (山药) comes directly from Henan (河南), and we cut it in-house to ensure the finest quality for our customers.
2. Our Treatment
Without preservatives, each batch is carefully treated with heat before packing, maintaining its natural freshness and prevents pest. To preserve their freshness, please keep refrigerated.

With quality and fresh herbs, our Six Flavours Soup 六味汤 taste ideal for meal consumption. Neither too bitter nor overpowering, and most importantly, not sour due to the preservatives.
How to Cook?
1) Blanch 300-400g pork ribs or chicken feet in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2) Rinse all the herbs ingredient, add them & pork ribs into a pot of 1.5litre of water and bring them to boil. Simmer for 1h30min.
**For the meat portion, you can replace them with other choice of meats or parts.
For vegetarians, you can leave out the meat, or replace with tofu and mushrooms.
How to store?
To preserve their freshness, please keep refrigerated.
For full benefits of herbs, I recommend consuming the edible herbs eg: Chinese Yam, Gorgon.
