Consultation & Medication fees range between $30 and $50, depending on the prescribed medication. Medication options include granules, herbal prescriptions, tablets, and mixtures.

Yes we offer delivery services, to reduce the hassle of taking medicine. 

These are the delivery services we offer: 

1. Flat-rate delivery ($4.30) - For mailing, it will take 1-10 working days to mail out, thereafter 2-4 more working days to be delivered to you. 

2. Same day delivery ($10 - 20, depending on location) 

3. In-store pick up

Our Exchange Policy

Off-the shelves Consumables:

• Exchanges: We allow exchanges for consumables within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective or damaged. Please ensure the product seal is unopened and accompanied by the original receipt. We'll gladly exchange it for a replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet the above criteria or if there is evidence of misuse or tampering.
