How to Cook?
将红花包取出 Take out the saffron packet and set it aside
1. 倒入了碗水覆盖药材 Pour 3 bowls of water to completely immerse herbs
2. 用大火将药材煮滚 Bring the mixture to boil with high heat
3. 将火关小，让药材慢煮 30 分钟 On low heat, simmer for 30 min
4. 当锅中的药减少到一碗液体精华时，药就备好Herbal brew is ready when it is reduced to one bowl of liquid goodness in your pot
5. 将火关掉，加入红花浸泡 5-10分钟 Turn off the fire, steep Saffron to for 5-10 min
