Usage: Adult: 1 tablespoon (15ml) each time, Children: 2-12 years old: 1-2 teaspoon (5ml – 10ml) each time. 3-4 times daily and take with warm water and before or after meal. 成人：每次1汤匙（15ml）,儿童：2-12岁：每次1-2茶匙（5ml-10ml）。每日3-4次，饭前或饭后用温水送服。
