Benefits: Indication: As a dietary supplement. Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Helps Build Body's Resistance. Promotes Good Health. The golden capsule contains Cod Liver Oil rich in vitamins A & D that may help build resistance to infection, maintain healthy tissue and promote strong bones and teeth.
Usage: Children 6-8 years: 2 capsules 2 times daily or as prescribed. Children over 8 years of age and adults: 2 capsules 3 times daily or as prescribed. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
Side Effects: Side effects are usually mild and include nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.
Contraindications: Capsules should not be taken by children under the age of 6 years.
