Benefits: Huo Luo Dan is good for the relief of pain in arthritis rheumatic specifically for relaxing muscular tension, joint pain, backache, body ache and weak knee, arthralgia, due to wind-cold wetness evil, difficulty in movement and use for numbness in limbs. It can also nourish the liver and invigorates the kidney. 祛风除湿，镇痛消肿，益肝补肾，充气血，通经活络，强筋骨，散寒活血，利关节。
Usage: To take twice per day, one in the morning and one at night. For maintenance, it is recommended to take once to twice per week, continuously consume for one month. Do not take cold drinks and avoid staying in air-conditioned room. 每日二次，早晚各服一瓶（5g）。保健则每星期服一瓶（5g）至三瓶（10g）。服药期间少吃生冷食物，保暖避免受冷为佳。更达到预期效果，建议持续服用一个月。
